I am passionate about partnering with people who are truly ready to step into their lives in a new way — people prepared to say “yes” to themselves with clarity, courage, and curiosity.
With more than 20 years of experience, I have witnessed the profound capacity humans have to heal. It is one of my greatest honors to walk alongside individuals as they navigate their inner landscapes and rediscover a sense of joy, wholeness, and ease within themselves.
My background includes a degree in Child Development and Family Relations from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University. Over the past two decades, I have worked in a wide range of clinical, nature, and integrative healing settings. These experiences have shaped a way of working that is practical, deeply attuned, and truly integrative—drawing from evidence-based practices, somatic awareness, nature-based wisdom, and grounded intuition.
In our work together, I will help you break through old patterns, navigate life transitions, and meet the inevitable ups and downs of life with resilience and new tools. There are many pathways to healing, and I will support you in discovering the one that feels most aligned and empowering for you. I believe health is intrinsic—already within you—and our time together is about creating the space and guidance needed to reconnect with that whole and wise version of yourself.
A bit about my own path: I grew up exploring the woods and waters of rural Maine, where I learned early on the restorative power of nature and introspection. As a child and young adult, I struggled to understand who I was and what I needed to keep growing. My personal journey—including navigating trauma as well as physical ailments (mold toxicity and Lyme disease)—gave me a deep, lived understanding of how complex and transformative healing can be. Today, I wake up with gratitude, energy, and joy because I have learned how to truly care for myself. My hope is to help you access that same sense of clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can practice vulnerability, meet your deepest self, and unravel the patterns, beliefs, and unconscious influences that have been holding you back. This work isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we will help you step into a more grounded, empowered, and authentic version of yourself.
Your journey toward true contentment and joy can begin as soon as you’re ready.
If you feel called, I invite you to sign up for a free consultation to discover how we can work together.
